The terms and conditions below apply to all bookings made for retreats and other services provided by Portia Tourism. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bookings

Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. The Provider reserves the right to refuse any booking if payment is not received in full.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks before the start of the retreat. If a cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited unless someone booked instead of the registered person and paid the whole amount. If Portia Tourism had to cancel the retreat for any reason the refund will be made within 3 weeks of the starting date when the cancellation is announced.

Liability

Portia Tourism shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party because of your booking or attendance at the retreat. Portia Tourism will provide you with an insurance policy after the registration is complete.

Privacy

Portia Tourism will not share any of your personal information with any third parties.

 

Risk Assessment

A risk assessment form and an allergy information form will be sent to you upon registration. The form needs to be signed and confirmed by you before the start of the retreat in at least 10 days.

 

Age Restrictions

No children are allowed in this retreat. For daughters to attend they need to be above 15 and the registration shall be calculated separately as an adult participant. Ladies under 18 will not be accepted without their mothers or elder sisters.
